If you find that we've left something out, we will get back to you asap with the details you need.

We answer all customer emails within 24 hours, 7 days a week. (USUALLY!) We try to improve our site all the time, so if you have any suggestions, we guarantee we'll listen.

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE

Shopping online is easy at The Cats Pajamas. Just follow the directions for creating an account, whether you are shopping on our eBay store, or our store catalog. This will make your shopping experience much easier!

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, or Paypal. Please note that we no longer accept checks or Money Orders.

SHIPPING

Domestic: We offer calculated 1st class, Priority and Express mail services on eBay. Some items include free shipping. The cost is calculated according to your zip or postal code on the listing simply by plugging in your code.

On this site, www.catspajamas.com, we offer $8.95 flat rate for your entire order, unless you need Express which can be requested via email. We ship every day, so you will get your item quickly.

International: We offer 1st class, flat rate and regular priority. Insurance is included in shipping fee for priority and express only. International 1st class shipping can be requested at your own risk, meaning that if you choose this, you accept responsibility for loss or damage. Please note that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control this type of delay. Also, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. While we try to minimize the cost of shipping for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

RETURNS

Vintage Items are not returnable. However, if something is not as described, and Miss Kitty is not perfect, of course you would receive a full refund including shipping.We occasionally allow for fit returns, but only for store credit.

LAYAWAY

We will put items on layaway for up to one month, however these items cannot be returned. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit on all layaway orders. It must be paid within 30 days, or you must forfeit your deposit and the item is restocked.

MEASURING

We try to measure as accurately as possible. The old sizes and even today's sizes are unreliable sources when it comes to Vintage Apparel! There is a size comparison chart on each product page for your convenience.

When measuring for fit, please follow these basic instructions to ensure your measurements will serve as a size comparison. We measure items in their unstretched state (if it stretches) unless description says otherwise. We measure the ITEM EXACTLY - it is not a suggestion about what measurements it will fit. This is the way we measure:

Blouses, Tops and Shirts:

• 1. Arm length is measured from shoulder to wrist hem.
• 2. Bust/chest measured from armpit, across the chest to the other armpit, then measurement is doubled.
• 3. Length is measured from shoulder to hem.
• 4. Waist is measured across where a normal waist would fall and then doubled.

Skirts and Dresses:

• 1. Waist is measured across where a normal waist would fall and then doubled.
• 2. Skirt length is measured from waistband to hem.
• 3. Dress length is measured from shoulder to hem.
• 4. Hips are measured across where a normal hip would fall then doubled.

Pants:

• 1. Inseam is measured from crotch along inside of leg to hem.
• 2. Waist is measured across natural waist then doubled.

Sometimes we measure from the waist, as in pajamas where the crotch is long. We mention that if it is done that way.
