All rooms have ceiling fans and two window air conditioners keep it comfortable in the summer. We have hot water heat for warming up on cold winter nights.

This suite has one off street parking space.

We encourage recycling and composting. We make it as easy as possible for you to do this voluntarily, though it is not required.

Rates for this suite are as follows:

  • Weekly Rate: $97.00 per night
  • Bi-Weekly Rate: $80.00 per night
  • Monthly Rate: $2000.00
  • All rates are paid in advance.
  • Minimum stay 2 weeks.
  • Stays less than 30 days are subject to 9% Sales tax.
  • Credit card payments are accepted only at the weekly per night rate.

Includes all utilities including expanded cable, high-speed internet cable service, including wireless, trash pickup, and once a month housekeeping. One exception is phone - there's excellent cell service here, so we have found no one really uses a land line.
